The value for the buck was more then I expected.
The remote control channel changer didn't work properly.
I would go back next time I visit the area and the location made my travels more convenient and enjoyable.

in was on the third floor which was a smoking floor.
I walked in the room and it was very clean with no smell of smoke walking down.

I really like this hotel.
Appearance of being newly built. Clean, quiet with warm inviting colors. As I've said I would stay here again just to get away and relax.

No pool.
Good location off Elgin-O'Hare Expressway,1/2 hour from downtown Chicago. Room may need some updating. No complaints for the price, was clean.

Location is great for me, I liked the kitchenette, spacious room.
My only complaint is the internet server is not 100% reliable.
Great location, nice staff, spacious room and the kitchenette is spacious and it's nice to have a full size fridge.

No hair dryer, no bathroom ventilation fan, plates not clean and not dish detergent, no Wi-Fi, no extra blankets and pillows.
